It's a Blue Christmas (Saturated Canary image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

This is my 2nd card for the evening, hope you don't get sick of me as I have 3 to post tonight all up hehe. I have used an image from Saturated Canary for this card. I printed the image in a grey so I wanted to keep it quite fresh and soft in colour. I used a lot of glue and glitter for this card, I love glitter these days hehe. I handmade the banners and distressed them then added my sentiment with matching coloured alphas.

Little Girl all dressed for Christmas (Lacy Sunshine image)

I have a little card I created today using a gorgeous little image from Lacy Sunshine, what a joy to colour, I just wish I could colour the creases/folds of her coat better. I have enrolled in one of Alyce from Kit & Clowder's "clothing" classes so hopefully once I get the chance to thoroughly watch that I will come out with some good ideas and perhaps re-colour this image again to see the difference.

Thank you shaped card (Saturated Canary image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I hope all of you in the US had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day, it always sounds so lovely, I wish I was a part of it (I'm in Australia). It's a lovely warm Saturday here and I can't decide whether to put the Christmas tree up today or next week, it seems funny putting it up in November, when are you putting yours up?

I used a few of my dies today, ones that I don't often use but I wanted to create a different shape for this card. Isn't this a gorgeous image from Saturated Canary? Oh, I bet you all notice again that I forgot to colour in her eyes, I have just noticed, oops hehe. It was very difficult to photograph this shape and these colours so I will colour them but maybe not get around to a new photo so imagine her eyes are whatever colour you'd like them to be hehe (feel free to help me choose what colour they would look best as I'm still undecided).

CAS Girl in glass card (Bugaboo image)

I have a few cards to show you today and this one is a sassy girl's Christmas card hehe. The ahem, "lady" is from Bugaboo Stamps and I think she is hilarious. I saw on someone else's card they had written next to her "who cares, I'm on the naughty list anyway" hehe, I was so tempted to use it on my card but I forgot to keep the "author's" name to give her credit, doh!

Christmas Quarters Card (Lili of the Valley image)

Hi everyone,

I hope all my US friends had a wonderful Thanksgiving day.

Here is my second card using a gorgeous topper scene from Lili of the Valley, isn't it beautiful? This looks simpler than it was as there was a lot of measuring to get all the squares equal and mounted onto the red cardstock etc.

Hi everyone,

I hope all my US friends had a wonderful Thanksgiving day.

Thanks so much for coming by to look at my card today, I created this one using a lovely topper image from Lili of the Valley, isn't he sweet? I doodled some stitching with a gold pen and did a bit of tearing on the paper to give it a little bit of a shabby feel.
